Information we collect

When you search for a provider, we use the zip code you enter to find podiatrists near you. We also count anonymous clicks on provider listings (for example, a click on a provider's phone number or website) so we can report activity to providers. These counts are not tied to you.

Healthcare providers who use the contact form on our For Providers page share their name, practice name, phone, email, location, and message. We use this only to follow up with them about offering Liposana^®.

How we use it

We use this information only to show provider search results and report anonymous listing activity to providers. We do not ask patients for their name or email, and we do not ask for or store health information.
